The main house (the villa signorile) covers 930 sq.m. and has an attached private chapel. It was built at the end of the nineteenth century, at which time the 2.5 acre grounds were also landscaped. The estate also includes a particularly spacious farmhouse in the typical Marchegiana style, which offers accommodation of 485 sq.m. Both the villa and the farmhouse are constructed from stone and require restoration.
Well concealed in the grounds is a very large building originally used for the industrial process of winemaking. Care had been taken in when is was built to respect the importance of the estate aesthetically. This 2,595 sq.m building is of more recent construction (prestressed concrete) and in good structural condition.
As well as the chapel (98 sq.m), the estate also includes an office building which has a further 264 sq.m of potential living space. The grounds include a pool complete with a marble statue.
