The property has been partly renovated, but requires further work to make it habitable. Plans have already been drawn up by a local architect to create a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. (These plans have already been approved, although the approval would need to be renewed).
The work involved in the restoration will need to include a new roof, reconnecting and renewing the electrics, connection to the mains water,(water currently comes from a well) and some work to the access road (cost to be split with a neighbour, already agreed).
There a some small outbuildings and about one acre of land. There is the possibility of buying more land, if required.
